KL1450 Laminating Machine For Aluminum Foil , Kraft Paper and PS Foam Sheet

The KL1450 is used for laminating and bonding other material films（such as Aluminum foil, Kraft paper cloth, etc.）to PS or PET foam sheet. In here, this machine is specially applied to compounding one layer of Kraft paper and Aluminum foil on the upper and lower sides of PS/PET foam sheets, which belongs to the front-end production process of insulation boxes。
The effective working width of the equipment is 1450mm. A 100mm margin is reserved on each side for edge trimming, so the maximum production width is 1250mm.
The equipment consists of a sheet rack, secondary foaming heating machine, gluing machine, film unwinding rack, laminating machine, cutting machine, folding machine and electric control cabinet.
The maximum laminating speed can reach 25 meters per minute.
