KL1800 Laminating Machine For Aluminum Foil , Kraft Paper and PS Foam Sheet

The KL1800 laminating machine is a professional compounding equipment designed to laminate and bond various material films, including aluminum foil and kraft paper, to PS or PET foam sheets. It is specially engineered for applying one layer of kraft paper and one layer of aluminum foil to the upper and lower sides of PS/PET foam sheets — an essential front-end process in insulation box production.

With an effective working width of 1800mm, the KL1800 laminating machine reserves a 100mm trimming margin on each side, delivering a maximum production width of 1600mm. The machine supports a maximum laminating speed of 25 meters per minute, ensuring high-efficiency continuous production.

This laminating machine features a complete and integrated structure, including a sheet rack, secondary foaming heating machine, gluing machine, film unwinding rack, laminating unit, cutting machine, folding machine and electric control cabinet.
