SJ100/120PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line

The SJ100-120 is a medium-small tandem extruder specially designed for PS foam sheet production, assembled with Φ100mm and Φ120mm extruders in tandem layout. Featuring mature processing technology and stable operation, it is a mainstream model for industrial mass production of polystyrene foam sheets.
Application
Sheets extruded by this machine are available for further deep processing in multiple industries:
Food Packaging: For disposable food containers, fresh food trays, egg boxes and fruit preservation boxes via thermoforming;
Construction & Advertising: Used to make KT boards, thermal-insulation boards laminated with aluminum foil and kraft paper;
